William Steuer, a retired Senior Foreign Service officer from the U.S. Department of State, brings decades of expertise in diplomacy, cross-cultural engagement, and high-stakes negotiations. Holding an active federal security clearance, he advises Innova on foreign investment strategies, geopolitics, and cross-border operations.
